About the Special Investor Programme (SIP)

 

The Special Investor Programme (SIP) is an initiative by Cayman Group Holdings that allow Foreign Investors interested in applying for Permanent Residency (PR) in Singapore but are unable to meet the requirements of the Global Investor Programme (GIP) or PTS. The SIP's investment amount if much lower than the GIP's, but has a comparably longer waiting time of 2 years. In this 2 years, investors will receive an Employment Pass, which will allow them to travel in and out of Singapore and enjoy the low tax rates that Singapore has to offer. 

 

Although not a recognized government programme, Cayman Group Holdings is the only Group in Singapore offering this exclusive programme to its clientele, making it only available for the ultra high net-worth individuals.​
